Registration for the 13th National Conference on Volunteering is now open

27 - 29 October 2010

It is recommended that you register online.  If you register online you will be given an access key allowing you to view and edit your own registration, social function and accommodation details at any time before 21 October 2010.

Please note that your tax invoice from the online registration record will be emailed as an attachment with your confirmation as soon as you complete your registration.

Registration types

Registration is for the full three days of the conference including the welcome reception and conference dinner.

Registration rates and inclusions

  • Earlybird rate take advantage of the $100 saving  before 16/July/2010) $850
  • Standard rate (from 17/July/2010) $950

Earlybird and Standard Conference Registrations include:

  • Entry to all conference sessions (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily
  • One ticket to the Welcome Reception (Wednesday, 27 October 2010)
  • One ticket to the Conference Dinner (Thursday, 28 October 2010)
  • Conference satchel and materials
  • Conference Workbook

Conditions of registration

Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and GST inclusive. Payment can be made by cheque or credit card. Cheques must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian Bank and made payable to “Eventcorp Pty Ltd – Volunteering Australia” ABN 15 125 587 546. Credit card payment is acceptable by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Confirmation of booking and changes

Your registration will be confirmed via email at the completion of this online form.  Please check your registration details and edit any changes immediately.  The cut off date for registrations and any changes is 21 October 2010. Registrations will be accepted after this date; however they will not be processed until onsite at the Conference.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.  Cancellations received before 27 September 2010 will be entitled to a full refund, less an administration fee of $220.00.  After this date no refunds will apply.  However substitute delegates will be welcome provided written notice is given prior to the conference.  Cancellation penalties will apply once the registration form is submitted, regardless of whether payment has been forthcoming.
