Involve

Welcome to the August edition of Involve.

The 13th National Conference on Volunteering is now in sight and the full program will be released on Monday (2/Aug/2010) and will be available through the VA website.  What a sensational mix of speakers and presentations. Our international speakers will provide an insight into volunteering in the UK and Europe, and a key presentation will update us on the significant impact and growth of world corporate volunteering. Add to that Australia leading commentator on consumer, cultural and demographic trends and you have a conference that will deliver. If that’s not enough add more than 70 other presentations and workshops over three days and an exciting conference dinner. Please register now so that you don’t miss out.

In this edition you will also find information on how you can nominate someone for the 2011 Australian of the Year Awards, details about the Global Corporate Volunteering Research project and much more.

We hope you enjoy reading Involve and as always welcome your feedback.
