Do you have National Volunteer Week resources (certificates, posters, logos)?
Yes. Volunteering Australia has National Volunteer Week resources available including logos, certificates, posters and material for social media. You can find these on the website.
What payment options do you have available for purchasing items from your online shop?
Merchandise is available for purchase through our online shop using credit/debit card payment.
Are there any other options apart from Credit/Debit card payment?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer any other form of payment besides credit/debit card.
I have misplaced my receipt. Do you offer invoicing?
No. If we were to offer invoicing, the invoice would need to be paid before the order is processed and merchandise distributed. This could mean there would be a significant delay in receiving your merchandise.
If I order some merchandise today when could I expect delivery?
All orders are dispatched through Australia Post so all terms and conditions apply.
Update in light of the current COVID-19 situation: We would encourage you to place your order as early as possible. Our merchandise distributor has changed their processes in-line with Government restrictions around social distancing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We thank you for your understanding.
I received merchandise that I didn’t order. Would you like me to send it back to you?

What is the return or exchange policy?
We do offer product return/exchange if you are not satisfied with the product. However, we do not offer a refund on postage and handling unless there was a major problem identified with any items. If you have any issues you would like to discuss, please get in touch with the Volunteering Australia team via shop@volunteeringaustralia.org.
My purchase was declined and wouldn’t accept my payment. Is there anything I can do?
Please refresh the website and try again. If it still doesn’t work, please contact the Volunteering Australia team and we are happy to put your purchase through over the phone to see if it works.
I have put in the wrong details. Could you please modify them?
Yes. Volunteering Australia can update your details and send you an amended tax invoice showing the correct details. Please contact us at shop@volunteeringaustralia.org.
