The Volunteering Resource Hub (the hub), an initiative of Volunteering Australia, is nearing the final stages of design. We thank the working group, with representatives from volunteering peak bodies in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and ACT, who have helped us create the design of the hub. Their input has been invaluable. We are now looking for volunteer managers, new and experienced, to help us virtually test the hub before it is officially launched in February.
The hub brings together useful, evidence-based and current best practice resources, tools, research and information to help support effective volunteer management across Australia. We have over 350 resources, including policies, procedures, tools, videos, templates, guides and useful research and information, to assist with all stages of managing volunteers.
If you are willing to help for up to three hours during the month of January, we would love to hear from you. You will help check that we have correctly content mapped resources, test the design, functionality, features and usability of the Hub, as well as identify any gaps. If interested email media@volunteeringaustralia.org by 12th January 2021.
See below for a preview of the hub.
