Volunteering Australia held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 29 November 2018 in Canberra via video conference. Thank you to Foundation Member representatives, outgoing Board Directors, volunteers and staff who attended the AGM. Key outcomes of the AGM included the election of six new Board Directors and the presentation and endorsement of the 2017-18 Annual Report and Statements of Financial Performance. As we transition to an independent board, Volunteering Australia would like to acknowledge the contributions of our outgoing Board Directors for their years of service to the organisation.
