“Until you are in this position that we are as vollies, I don’t think you understand how important a set of clean clothes is. We just take it for granted that we can get up every day and have clean clothes.”
Connecting with the Community
“The best part of my days volunteering is connecting with our friends, having a chat and a laugh, and making connections. Also, connecting with our service provider volunteers who also have a beautiful heart of service to this community. It is also great to see our friends find work or get a roof over their heads.”
