A Lifelong Commitment to Volunteering “I am a lifelong volunteer. My first-ever volunteer role was when I was seven years old, when I registered to fundraise for the MS Society. A role I took on annually for several years. Thirty years and many volunteer roles later, I still remain a committed volunteer. Volunteering within my community and for aligned organisations gives me a sense of meaning and purpose. Being of service and making a contribution to both individuals, organisations, causes, and the small legacy I can leave inspires me to volunteer as a lifelong commitment.”

The Value of Volunteering “Volunteering is a valuable and meaningful experience where you can forge genuine connections, build new skills and experience, and make a tangible difference to the good work of impactful organisations or causes. By giving back, you also receive much more in return.”
